Rent

Short-Term-Rent (Minimum 3 days):

• 1 Person = 74 euros/day
  (2 Persons = 89 euros/day).

• Final Cleaning 30 euros.

• A deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking.

Weekly discount:

For a stay of at least 7 days, the price is 456 euros/week.

Monthly Rent:

For monthly rent, the warm rent including all ancillary costs is:

• 1.250 euros during summer months (May-September).

• 1.465 euros during winter months (October-April).

• Final cleaning 100 euros.

• For a rental period of 1 month or more, a deposit of 2,000 euros must be paid.

• Corporate customers can rent without a deposit by providing a guarantee.

• A deposit of 500 euros must be paid at the time of booking.

Included in the rent:

• Free Internet access max 100 GB/month

• Broadcasting fee

• Water, electricity, heating

• Use of the washing machine

• Garbage collection
